In the event of a breach of personal data security, the Company will notify the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing (A.N.S.P.D.C.P.) without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless it is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
10. Modification of ownership rights
If we are involved in a merger or acquisition with/by another company, we may share information in accordance with our privacy standards. In the event of such an occurrence, we will require the new entity to adhere to this privacy agreement regarding your personal information.
